Tuesdays Workout

Back and Biceps

1. Wide Lateral pulldown machine- 75kg x 12reps
Seated row- 75kg x 12reps

I superset these untill ive done 3 sets of each

2. Bent over Dumbell row- 12kg x 12reps x 3 sets

3. Dumbell inside + outside curls- 7kg x 24reps x 3 sets

4. Alternate Dumbell curls- 8.4kg x 12reps x 3 sets

and then im done, although i should really do some lower back and abs this day...
core is the suckiest to work and unfortunetly its the most important.

45 minutes of some form of cardio to go, i might go for a run if the weather gets better.


I want one of these Nike sportsbands to track my runs!
