Meditation

I had arranged with one of the crystal healers id met at work to have a group session with some of my friends to learn how to meditate as we had all tried and seemingly failed as we were unsure of what to expect from it.

What a splendid experience. He took us through three types one easy medium and more advanced and after each of the 5-10 minutes of them i felt totally relaxed! like a strange kind of high where my body was vibrating or something.

I can understand how it can be so beneficial, especial to relieve stress. Were going to get together again next week to learn more, hes a really interesting character.
