HOWEVER

Ok-Laptop- This guy got me into Radiohead! he has some real quirky ideas and funny posts

czech-made- Petra is one of my favourite Bloggers! I think shes studying Social media, shes awesome because she actually contributes to some of my posts, and she even vlogs, big ups here

drivepassionfaith- A healthy living blog, she keeps me inspired with workouts and recipes :)

The Life of a B Student

Do i have "Give me  B"  written on my forehead?
got my marks back from the last 4 assignments
lame.


Im tearing my eyebrows out at the moment trying to do this 3 person group presentation.
Its only a ten minute presentation about "The Princess Diaries" movie social myths contrasted to two other similar movies.
(+ essay but thats for later)


BUT


One of my group members has gone to Canada on exchange and the other...


Is proving to be a little painful to work with.


Ive broken it up into 4 main points for him and issued him two, I am explaining ideas over and over trying to get him to understand so that he has something decent to say, but he doesn't seem to get it and goes off topic. 
Excellent.


I wouldnt care as much if we were getting separate marks but, 
the reality is were getting the same mark as a group for this one.


Kill me now.

Last 5 week stretch

5 weeks till the end of my 2nd year! yippee only one to gooo!!!
thats of course unless i decide to do a post graduate in advertising
only time will tell.

At the moment im lacking uni motivation. Ive been practicing this "we dont worry" attitude with my uni friends which derived from the law of attraction, and everything is running smoothly. Though I feel like I need to be doing something all the time, but dont do much, and all my work seems to fall into place anyway.

Stoked.

So assignments at the moment are

Graphic Design Studies-
Group Lancome project, billboard + magazine spread design and flash banner design.
Interactive portfolio computer component

History n Culture in context-
Collaborated (The Princess Diaries) film essay and presentation on semiotics and myths

Photography-
Take photos for my "Imagination" themed photoshoot
Digital Darkroom assessment

T-shirt screen printing-
Havnt got the brief yet but excited

Shit load of work to do.



Im also having 2nd thoughts about being a vegetarian, seeing a nutritionist, and having to weigh my whole life has got me wondering how much variation im going to be allowed from now to april :s I LOVE chickpeas, beans n stuff, but theyre so high in carbohydrates, tofus average, i love eggwhites but i dno how long i can do eggwhite vege fritata for.
Its embarrassing because its only been what 2 weeks since i switched.
If i go back, it would only be to chicken..

Game Plan

Went to see Tarren yesterday to get a game plan for this body building business.




This is my diet plan, theres quite a few options.

Along with four brisk 45minute walks per week and weight training 4-5 times per week.
All the calories and shiznickle workout to be a 440g deficet per week which is pretty sweet.
Im 25% bodyfat  D: and the goal is to get to 15% by mid Jan and then 10% by competition time in April.
Works out to be a whopping total of 10kg (of fat) to lose!

Slow and steady wins the race :D

Tuesdays Workout

Back and Biceps

1. Wide Lateral pulldown machine- 75kg x 12reps
Seated row- 75kg x 12reps

I superset these untill ive done 3 sets of each

2. Bent over Dumbell row- 12kg x 12reps x 3 sets

3. Dumbell inside + outside curls- 7kg x 24reps x 3 sets

4. Alternate Dumbell curls- 8.4kg x 12reps x 3 sets

and then im done, although i should really do some lower back and abs this day...
core is the suckiest to work and unfortunetly its the most important.

45 minutes of some form of cardio to go, i might go for a run if the weather gets better.


I want one of these Nike sportsbands to track my runs!

Mondays Workout

I thought id post the workout that I made up and started last week, ill do it for about 4 weeks. Im working out 5 days per week and try to do the highest weight possible at 10-15 reps, usually 12. Bear in mind i dont know the exact names i make up my own codes in my training folder that i understand.

Mondays- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

1. Barbell chest press- 10kg per side, and the bar weighs 20kg x 12 reps
Standing flys machine- 50kg x 10 reps                                                    

I superset those two untill ive done 3 sets of each

2. Seated shoulder press machine- I do 2 drop sets of these
60kg x 7reps , 50kg x 8reps , 40kg x 9reps , 30kg x 10reps

The 2nd set I try to go up one rep of each

3. Dumbell shoulder press- I do 3 sets of 12kg x 12reps

4. Dumbell Overhead triceps- I do 3 sets of  one 14.5kg dumbell between the two hands x 12

5. Tricep press machine- 40kg x 12reps
Over head tricep pull machine- 30kg x 12 reps

I superset those two untill ive done 3 sets of each

And then im done! 45 minutes of some form of cardio to do..
im going to go for a walk and go to Muay Thai tonight :)

I spoke to Tarren Mccall today (above), she competes in figure and pretty much always wins the NZ comps.
Ill go see her for nutrition soon to make sure im getting what i need especially since ive gone all vego n what not. So saving for that. :)

Vego
















Last night i had my first training conference and it was for Lifestream products which i knew only a little about.
Jason the guy speaking talked about longegivity in health and being fit till your 100.
I liked the sound of it and through a two hour presentation i learned quite a bit about not only Lifestream products, but the benefits of lowering the meat intake in your diet and paying more attention to your digestive wellbeing.

Me being me...has decided to become a vegetarian...
WHAT?!
Yeah.
Lachlan told me i was "a gullible sack" for reading into their products etc (because yeah i am open minded). But its not the products that made me want to, I had been thinking about it for ages and the only reason id eat meat is to get my source of good protein.

BUT
I found out that only 20-25% of the piece of lean meat is protein right...and then when you cook it the protein content halves.
You can get more protein out of a chlorophyll supplement..
So yeah. No meat.
DEFINITELY still other animal products though.

Speaking about transitions
I have more followers yay! (I <3 you all and I also <3 your opinions and versitility)
So I think its about time i stopped following myself to make up numbers LOL

500 Days of Shaye

I saw this movie for the first time the other day and man...
It was too close for comfort in some ways.
I watched and thought 'what a bitch Summer'...but then ive been in a similar situation as her and there are two sides to every story but man o man.
