PUMP pump PUMP IT UP!!

Following the body building.
Super Pump, yeah i got it. 
Lachlan told me that it felt like extacy the amount of energy you got. 
I was skeptical but excited and so i read the instructions. It said 1-3 scoops or if its your first time have one scoop.

I had three my first time.

HAHAHA i was bouncin' off the walls, went to the gym did some weights, walked on the tredmill for over an hour untill the gym closed, got home and was talking really fast, went out to the garage and skipped for an hour STILL not tired!

This stuff is awesome! you're only meant to use it when pumpin weights as it is supposed to give you that extra push and help gain lean muscle... although im really tempted to use it for cardio....

Ive toned up a bit, my stomachs slightly slimmer, nothing to extravagant. Ive been trying to workout 5 times per week although that week i was sick threw me back also lets be honest here..i had lollies last night at the movies. 

Dieting can be so smelly! 
but unfortunately eating counts for 70% of the results
