SO i had my first couple days at Health 2000 and im learning so much!..and buying SO much..
20% off is a tease for supplements that i otherwise wouldnt think i need, but learning about them makes me understand that, yeah, i flippin DO need omega 3 fish oils, omega 3,6,9 flax seed oil and Evening Primrose.
Those are only the essentials though.
Im going to get spirulina tabs tonight for energy and overall wellbeing, and acai capsules for antioxidents and to aid weightloss. Yesterday i got a potent chromium for my sugar cravings and so my cupboards are slooowly turning into a health department!
I had two people gazing at the weightloss wall yesterday at seperate times and i perked up to help.
me-"Is there anything i can help you with?"
lady- "umm yeah, im looking for a fat burner?"
me-"well firstly whats youre current diet like?"
then i get the look
me- "are you doing any form of excersise?"
i get another look
She then explains to me that all she eats is takeaways and doesnt have time to excersise....
I wanted to send her out there and then. She left with an appetite suppressant anyhow.
There isnt a "magic pill"
keep it clean and THEN fat burners or thermogenics have a reason to work.
The other guy who came in, same scenario.
me- "what are you eating for breakfast?"
him- "a pie....im looking for a fat burner or something"
goodluck with that...
