Game Plan

Went to see Tarren yesterday to get a game plan for this body building business.




This is my diet plan, theres quite a few options.

Along with four brisk 45minute walks per week and weight training 4-5 times per week.
All the calories and shiznickle workout to be a 440g deficet per week which is pretty sweet.
Im 25% bodyfat  D: and the goal is to get to 15% by mid Jan and then 10% by competition time in April.
Works out to be a whopping total of 10kg (of fat) to lose!

Started today

Slow and steady wins the race :D
