Shape/ Fitness, whatever you like to call it

Ive commited to a trainer.
Im poor so what hes doing is writing me up a plan every 3-4 weeks taking me through it and checking on me every so often which is sweet. He trains Lachlan at boxing and is also my Muay Thai tutor so it fits in nicely.

Lachlan has his first boxing match 20th Nov, im hoping to get a good enough seat to get some good shots with my stalker lense :)

I was all up in the air about whether i wanted to do shape or figure and ive decided to go with shape as I want something that i can maintain as i know women who do figure can go through post comp depression after watching their bodies balloon.
Yeah that would not be good for my mental state as im already self concious enough.

So shape

The deal is, I have to do two 1 minute routines, and this is the part that scares me the most.
Im the girl that doesnt dance until shes had tons to drink.
Annndd i hardly drink. so there we have it, no dancing

BUT i have to do two routines and my trainer said i should start prepping now getting my theme and stuff together. Ive always wanted to learn to Samba so ive signed up to a friday samba class and will start this week.

im aiming for something amazing like this...




if i could pull this off well along with my compulsory poses, id be stoked :)
