Stupid food. You cant even call it food.
I swear my body has no nutrients recieved from the past 2 days
Ive always wanted to be one of those people who says "oh yeah i dont eat anything processed"
(including whey n soy n rice proteins n bars).
Its totally possible and im so sick of these idiot mindless binges.
So in an attempt to settle my hormones and sugar cravings im going to go all natural for a while.
So Egg whites, lean chicken, fish beef etc + Veges for carbs.
Supplements i take include
fish oil, flax seed oil, spirulina, chlorella, magnesium, kelp, chromium, digestive enzymes.
In the morning before brekki i always have 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 2 table spoons of pure aloe juice, half a lemon squeezed and water. SO good for the digestive system!
