Defining Normal as a Music Hog

I was just having lazy yarn with a friend who used to be just like me with music.
A hog.
A music hog.

Its funny because when i discover a new band (and usually every song i hear of theirs i fall in love with) I get so excited! and therefore it goes on repeat.

I dunno what it is but when i really like a song, like really reaally like a song, i get so into it i never want it to end. I cant even describe how good it makes me feel.

The only thing that comes close (and i always think it) that i will marry either the song or the artist, or the artists creativity.

obviously if you marry it you own all rights to the amazingness of the song. Thats just standard.

I only share it to a few knowing that most people probably wouldnt like it which i dont understand.
But as soon as a band i like goes mainstream, theyre cut.

I dont know what it is, Lachs like "you only hate mainstream cause youre trying to be all different n stuff"
But its not even like that, i just really dont like whats out there at the moment.
But then when i do...i hate that other people like it.
Its like a band is my little baby and as soon as lame people hear it, it goes rotten.

Its hard to explain.
Im a contradictor :)
