I do weight training Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri alternating upper and lower body.
I also have to get some interval cardio training in there also.
Today was pretty sweet. Did upper, spin class at the gym and then P90X Core Synergistics with Ash.
I did a protein only day today too to get myself started for a strict diet, ill continue this for the next 2 days and introduce complex carbs only for brekki thurs and the rest of the day protein + veges.
Lachlan has lost 6kg the toad...
he does it soo easily!
