Back in the game

Hey guess what!
After what 3 months of pretty poor nutrition/ no strength training due to laziness and halfie training, ive found the mental energy to get back on that horse again.

When im 100% stuck to my old clean lifestyle for a month im allowed to get my Litas






























Its an interval training life if i want to drop the 6kg i put on since starting uni in 09.
sprints/skipping
Its funny cause after not doing and weights, i still have so much muscle especially in my legs what the heck!

Clean eating should get my skin sorted and also getting back to at least 2L water per day,
(i used to be so good!)
