Progression

Im upping the anti

As we know i'm training for a half marathon on the 20th March, i've been running 6k at the longest and lachlan said to me the other day "you're not training hard enough, do you realise how long 21k is!?"

And the i realised

Oh god..

So the next day i ran 12k

So now i'm running 12k as often at least 4x per week and working on my pace

Beta alanine is really helping muscle fatigue and i got a new batch of magnesium, calcium zinc complex which is doing wonders for D.O.M.S. For all you weight lifters out there did u know that say when you lift a weight up for a dumbbell curl you use calcium, and when you retract downwards you're using magnesium? so really you need both to help with your muscles, get a complex!
