Beta Alanine=Beta Runs






















I picked up some beta alanine from work a couple weeks ago because of a recommendation from a work mate.

He said it really helped him to buffer muscle fatigue while he was training to improve his 100 m sprint

So i thought maybe it would help with my half marathon training

As of yesterdays run it has been sooo good! Running is getting way easier, cant even feel my shins anymore!





















I also picked up some arnica cream

Its like instant pain relief, so im using it before and after training

beautiful i tell ya
