I havnt just fallen off the wagon, I threw myself off screaming cake.
Most people say ok start Monday, but ive had enough.
Start today. Saturday 15th January 2011
Ive been running everyday which is good but my nutrition has been shyte.
So im starting with 3 protein only days to kick cravings
(plus a fibre supplement, it works ive done it before)
Brekki- 100g protein
snack- 50g protein
Lunch- 100g protein
snack- 50g protein
Dinner- 100g protein
snack- 50g protein
and these proteins are going to be chicken and tuna for snacks
(ew tuna)
Its gotta be done, its gotta be done
