So this is week one of the 12 week challenge, and im tellin' ya, my body is freakin out right now. Last night was my first weight class and once i got home i could hardly walk down the stairs!! This morning was my first proper run and i so struggled from DOMS and overall lack of fitness.
Im really glad i decided to do this because im looking forward to carving up again in running, because i miss being fit! At the moment im not on any workout supplements ive decided to go natural for the first 4 weeks and see how i go as i progress. Heres to hoping ive dropped at least 0.5kg by weigh in next wednesday!
