Time-Trial #1
Today. 6am. 7.4k. + me
It was survival of the fittest in the challenge. We have 3 time trials which we intend to beat each time. One of my goals i put down was to beat the record time which i think is 35 minutes. Today i did 43 minutes for my first try. 8 minutes to shave off in the next 8 weeks! Im going to start doing dummy runs every week to hopefully shave 3 minutes off for the next on in three weeks.
Baby steps.
My diet has been pretty average these first two weeks, but this week my main goal is 100% effort with clean eating, and substituting coffee for green tea because im yet to drop anything and we have measurements tomorrow.
